Course Description

This course, led by Tactical Strength & Conditioning Coach Rebecca Rouse, introduces a holistic approach to enhancing the health, resilience, and performance of first responders through four essential pillars: Move, Nourish, Recover, and Breathe.

Attendees will learn practical strategies for improving physical fitness, nutrition, recovery, stress management, and nervous system regulation, all specifically tailored to meet the unique demands of law enforcement officers. The course highlights the importance of job-specific physical training, sound movement mechanics, balanced nutrition, sleep, recovery methods, and breathing techniques to enhance performance, reduce disease and injury risk, and promote longevity of both career and life. Students will conclude the course with a RESET breathwork experience, led by breathwork expert Jennifer Wheeler.

The RESET Method is an active, 3-part conscious breathing experience designed for you to overcome mental and physical blocks, achieve peak performance, and unlock your full potential. Designed for those who serve on the front lines, it will rewire your nervous system, create resilience, and reset your mind and body. Learn how to tap into the power of your breath to maintain your tactical edge, adapt in stressful environments, and excel both on and off duty.
