Can I bring ammo?
ABSOLUTELY NO LIVE / LOOSE AMMO is allowed in the Vendor Show. Ammunition displays must be contained in packaging or casing that prevents it from being digitally manipulated. Feel free to utilize dummy / inert rounds or empty brass. Chamber flags are highly recommended.

How do I administer my organization or team membership as an Agency / Organizational Administrator?
After you have been approved to be an Organization Administrator, you will see this on your main dashboard:
If there are any members already associated with your organization, you will see the count of them there. If you need to add your officers, click the red "Add User" button on the right.
Add each Officer that you would like to be able to attend training/conferences/etc. If your member is a Texas Peace Officer, ensure that your Officer's DOB and TCOLE PID is included in their profile. These will be submitted any time they attend training so they will get credit with TCOLE.
If the member you are adding is *anything* other than a Texas Peace Officer, DOB and PID is not needed. Please do not provide them.
Once you submit this form, their account will be created and they will receive an email to set their password. All users are required to have their own account. This is how they will receive their class completion certificates.
Important note! All attendance to TTPOA events requires a TTPOA membership. If a member signs up for training and does not have a current membership, the $30 annual membership fee will be added to their invoice when they check out.
If you purchase a Team Membership, you can add a membership to 30 members of your organization. Team memberships cost $200 a year, so if you have more than 7 members, you will be saving the Organization money, vs paying $30 for each member individually. You can add and remove members from the team membership easily at any time.
If you have a team membership, once you have created the member's account, you will need to add each member to your team membership. Click anywhere on the light red "X Users in your organization" banner again.
Which will take you to the list of members associated with your organization:
You can see that some users show they are subscribed to a Team Membership, and others show they are "Not subscribed". If you want to add a user to the team membership, click on the member's name and you will see :
You can click on "Add to Team Membership" and you will see their status change:
That user is now officially added to your team membership and will not require an individual membership to sign up for training, conferences, or competitions.
