Vendor Schedule (TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

Wed, April 23th Sponsor Range Day & Vendor Showroom Set-up

  • Live Fire Range Day "Sponsors Only" (Set-up Time: TBD) LEOs and Active Duty Military Attendees ONLY from 1000-1600 HRS (I.D. Required for entry)
  • Vendor Show set up is 10:00am to 7:00pm in the Kilimanjaro Ballroom (If you cannot make this time you will have access Thursday morning @ 0700 HRS.)

Thurs, April 24th - Fri, April 25th Vendor Trade Show

  • 0700 HRS: Late Vendor Space Setup
  • Show time for THURSDAY is 0800 - 1700 HRS
  • Show time for FRIDAY is 1000 - 1600 HRS (The attendee general session will be from 0800 - 1000 HRS.)

Hotel Reservations

All room reservations must be made through susan.fillbrandt@ttpoa.org  in order to receive the TTPOA room block and rate. The block rate is first come, first served so contact Susan sooner than later!!!!!
The last day available to reserve rooms at the Kalahari under the TTPOA rate is 04/12/24.

Vendor Package Options

Platinum Sponsorship - $8,000

  • 10'x20' wall space or endcap
  • 2 - 8' tables and 4 chairs
  • Your company will receive prominent ad/logo placement on the TTPOA's web site, Social Media Exposure, and Conference E-Program/mobile application.
  • Your company will be provided with a list of contact information from attendees who volunteer their information when they register.
  • Invitation to Instructor/Sponsor reception to be held at on-site location. Time and location TBD.
  • Access to Live Fire Demo Range on Wednesday
  • 10 Attendee Badges Total
  • Additional Vendor Badges may be purchased.

Conference Sponsorship - $4,000

  • 10'x10' wall space or endcap
  • 1 - 8' table and 2 chairs
  • Your company's logo will be strategically placed on the TTPOA's website, some social media exposure, and Conference E-Program Ad.
  • Invitation to Instructor/Sponsor reception to be held at on-site location. Time and location TBD.
  • Access to Live Fire Demo Range on Wednesday
  • 5 Attendee Badges Total
  • Additional Vendor Badges may be purchased.

Interior Vehicle Space - Starts at $4,000

  • Please contact Andy Adkins if you plan to register for a vehicle space. Price is based on the length of the vehicle or trailer.
  • PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE SPACE DOES NOT INCLUDE A SEPARATE TABLE SPACE. If you would like a table with your vehicle, contact Andy for that separate purchase.
  • If you are bringing a vehicle/trailer you will need to arrive Tuesday April 22nd. PLEASE CONTACT Andy in late March 2025 for a timeframe.
  • 5 Attendee Badges (# of badges may increase incrementally with size of space purchased).
  • Additional Vendor Badges may be purchased.

Table Space - $750 (Credit Card ONLY!!!)

  • 1 - 6' table and 2 chairs
  • NO ACCESS TO RANGE DAY with a Table Space Purchase!!!!
  • 2 Attendees per Table (2 Table Purchase MAX and they will be next to each other)
  • Please complete a registration for each table desired.
  • One Additional Badge may be purchased for $300

TABLE SPACES MAY ONLY BE PAID FOR WITH A CREDIT CARD AND AT TIME OF REGISTRATION.

Freeman Services

  • Freeman Services can handle shipping for Vendor Booth Spaces. TTPOA does NOT manage any shipping or freight for Vendor Booth Space. (If you choose to use a different company, please see below.)

  • The Vendor Show Room at the Kalahari is already carpeted, so additional carpet is not necessary.
  • Booth and Table Spaces have not been assigned. Freeman is aware and will still allow you to complete their process.

Additional Shipping Option

TTPOA is not covering any shipping expenses of any vendor or attendee. If you would rather not use Freeman for your shipping needs to the resort, there is a FedEx office on-site, outside the Vendor Showroom.

Payment

SPONSORS and Vehicle Spaces ONLY may pay by check or Credit Card (preferred), while Table Spaces must be paid for by Credit Card only.

If you are a SPONSOR or Vehicle Space and paying by check, please complete your online registration and select "Check" on the payment page.  

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN HAND BY April 5th, 2024.

FAQs

  • "What's my booth number / Can I pick my spot?" TTPOA assigns all spaces, and while special requests will be considered, they are not guaranteed. Table and booth assignments will be sent out in March/April 2025. Your patience is appreciated!
  • "Why the price increase on involvement levels?" Ask Uncle Joe. Free money has consequences; unfortunately NPOs aren't exempt.
  • "Can we contribute to the Raffle Table / Giveaways?" YES!!! Contact Andy for arrangements! 
  • "Can we get a list of attendees?" If you are a Platinum or Conference Sponsor, Andy can provide you with that list upon request. It is not exhaustive. It contains only the names of those attendees who consented to providing their email addresses.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO LIVE / LOOSE AMMO is allowed in the Vendor Show. Ammunition displays must be contained in packaging or casing that prevents it from being digitally manipulated. Feel free to utilize dummy / inert rounds or empty brass.
