This class is not intended for SWAT Officers, as it is designed for patrol officers and supervisors with no SWAT experience.

The Critical Incident Response for Patrol Supervisors Course is a packed 3-day course designed specifically to sharpen the leadership skills of first line supervisors, or those about to assume or aspire to assume leadership roles in the patrol capacity, through the concept of Leading In Fuild Environments (LIFE). This Course involves group discussion, critical thinking exercises and is benifitial for building relationships / learning from other supervisors. Additionally, the course gives a behind the scene look at how other police departments are trianing, operating, and solving thier own problems.
