Carl Rogers began his law enforcement career in 1993. Has been a certified officer in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas. Started his S.W.A.T. career in 2000. Has also been employed as a contract firearms and tactics instructor for the US Department of Energy-Office of Secure Transportation. Through his years of experience, he has served in an administrative capacity working as an agency's third in command and also as a Chief of Police. He is proud to say he has seen law enforcement tactical operations from the angles of SWAT operator, Assistant Team Leader, Team Leader, and Team Commander. He is currently the Training Lieutenant. His diverse background brings a unique perspective regarding leadership lessons learned and how they apply to the law enforcement tactical community.
