Instructor Team

Grove Scarborough and Paul Frantz bring decades of combined Special Operations experience, instructional expertise, and competitive shooting performance to their training programs. Their backgrounds span operational precision marksmanship, complex mission environments, and high-level competitive shooting.

In addition to their individual experience, Paul and Grove have spent the past five years competing together as a precision rifle team in team-based field matches. Through this experience they have developed a strong working partnership built on communication, teamwork, and the effective prioritization of tasks in complex shooting problems.

Their combined operational, instructional, and competitive backgrounds inform a training approach that emphasizes disciplined fundamentals, efficient communication between team members, and practical problem-solving under real-world conditions.

• 20+ years Special Operations experience each
• Instructors – Over four years of combined experience instructing in premier Army training programs
• Subjects instructed: shooting, CQB, small unit tactics, streetcraft, protection, reduced-signature operations, and physical and technical surveillance
• Extensive operational experience in complex mission environments
• Winner – USASOC Sniper Competition
• Among the top female precision rifle competitors in the United States
