The Instructors at Grey Man Society come from a high tempo full time SWAT element in a largely populated region. These instructors have vast knowledge and experience throughout their time with the team. The skills and principles taught have been tested and proven.
Larry Nguyen, co-founder of Grey Man Society, has been employed for over 12 years with the Harris County Sheriff's Office. During his career he has spent time on patrol before being selected to join a part time SWAT element and now full time SWAT team where he has been currently assigned for the past 9+ years.

Within the team he is assigned as an assaulter, explosive/ballistic/mechanical breacher, sniper, high angle team ropes master, fast rope master, NVG instructor and firearms instructor.

Each of the Grey Man Society cadre have equivalent credentials with additional specialties.
