Kincaid began his law enforcement career in 2009 in North Texas where he is still currently serving as a Sergeant in the Patrol Division for his agency. Kincaid spent 10 years as a member of his agency's S.W.A.T. Team where he served as an entry operator , sniper, Assistant Team Leader, Sniper Team Leader and Senior Team Leader. Additionally, he served as the team’s primary firearms instructor. Kincaid has worked in many training roles within his agency as a field training officer, FTO Coordinator, Mental Health Officer and holds several other specialty instructor certifications. Kincaid graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Abnormal Psychology.
