Course Overview:

This 3-day course is designed to address Defensive Tactics and Firearms in an unconventional and very practical manner.  Normally priced at $650 per officer, the Jorge Pastore Foundation is sponsoring a significant portion of the course cost, rducing the registration fee to just $250, per officer.  This sponsorship reflects JPF's commitment to providing law enforcement officers with access to high-quality training that helps keep officers safer. The course combines Defensive Tactics and close quarter gunfighting together as one training to better simulate a real-world atmosphere which forces officers to use their critical thinking skills during incidents that force the officer to fight or use deadly force. This course uses an applicable and realistic approach to teach battle tested techniques that will increase survivability, whether it’s a fight for survival, a close quarter gunfight, or both. All drills and scenarios are based on the most dangerous situations that are commonly seen in modern patrol work. This course raises the bar to provide real world context.
