Dallas SWAT will be hosting: Hostage Rescue Entry (24) hours January 8-10, 2024

This class will focus on CQB principles of entry for Hostage Rescue Operations.

All 3 days will be held at 221 Iwo Jima Grand Prairie Texas.

We will focus on

• operational planning
• concepts of operations 
• compromises
• multiple entry styles for specific scenarios (dynamic, stinger teams, stealth to contact)
• shielded up suspects, seperated, multiple hostages etc)
• mutliple breach points
• room clearing principles
• setting up a safety corridor
• scene containment
• debriefs of operations

Students need

• Full SWAT gear that would be used on a Hostage Rescue Operations
• Ballistic Helmets
• Entry vest
• Gas mask 
• Rifle with UTM/SIMMs conversion bolt
• Handgun / SIMMs pistol or conversion kit
• Clear eye pro / hearing protection
• 100 UTM/SIMMs rifle rounds
• 50 SIMMs pistol rounds
