COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is for hostage (crisis) negotiators who have competed a basic, 40-hour hostage
negotiation certification course. This advanced course will review the basics covered in the
certification course and then build on them by reviewing the topics of influence, persuasion,
negotiating with different personalities, and negotiating with different psychiatric conditions.
