Executive Leadership Resilience Course (ELRC): Dignitary Protective Services Training
The Executive Leadership Resilience Course (ELRC) provides the advanced strategies, leadership principles, and operational tactics required to lead and manage protective missions with confidence. These capabilities are not typically addressed in law enforcement academies or U.S. military basic training. Instruction is delivered by retired U.S. Secret Service special agents with significant experience in premier protective assignments, including the Presidential Protective Division, Counter Assault Team (CAT), and Protective Intelligence Division.
Offered in three- and five-day formats, the course introduces leading practices in modern protective operations, including:
Site security and advance planning
Close protection and movement tactics
Motorcade coordination and logistics
Threat assessment and mitigation
Command decision-making under pressure
Through practical, scenario-based instruction, participants develop a comprehensive understanding of protective operations and the ability to apply sound judgment in an evolving threat environment.
