Course Overview:
This 4-day immersive course is designed specifically for professionals operating in high-risk environments, ranging from first-on-scene patrol officers to tactical SWAT medics. Grounded in the principles of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and adapted for the realities of the domestic law enforcement mission set, this course will equip you with the critical medical skills required to save lives during and immediately following active threat incidents.
Through a combination of realistic, stress-induced scenarios, hands-on skills labs, and instructor-led field evolutions, you will learn how to deliver life-saving care while under fire, maintain situational awareness, and integrate seamlessly into the broader tactical response effort.
Whether operating as part of an entry team, perimeter security, or as the first patrol officer on scene, you will walk away with a deep understanding of how to prioritize care, manage critical injuries, and maintain operational effectiveness under stress.
