2 Day NVG Gunfighter Course

Description:

This 16 Hour/2-day course will focus heavily on the necessary individual operator and instructor level skillsets to successfully conduct tactical pistol and rifle blocks of instruction on static and dynamic ranges intended for Close Quarter Battle (CQB) and typical domestic law enforcement operations. This course will cover a wide range of weapons handling, weapons manipulation, and accuracy ensuring all participants have a beginner, intermediate, and advanced level of instruction down. Upon completion of this course, participants will have the necessary points of performance and knowledge to instruct various levels of officer experience within their respective units. This course will morph and blend weapons handlings and accuracy blocks of instruction with real world, live fire practical and tactical training evolutions ensuring the participants not only know how to instruct the basics of pistol and rifle accuracy and weapons handling, but also know how to implement a training plan and block of instruction in a live fire, dynamic yet practical training environment. This course will also explain the major tactical differences between deliberate and dynamic CQB tactical shooting with both pistols and rifles ensuring the officers have the knowledge and skill level to implement departmental or agency shooting standards for their respective units.

This course is designed as a standalone training block of instruction but is complemented by the 3 Day Deliberate vs Dynamic CQB Instructor Course held the same week on Monday and Tuesday in the same region.
