Shannon Couch Bio
Shannon Couch is a 28 year veteran of the Abilene Police Department, serving in Patrol, SWAT, CID and as an instructor at the Abilene Police Academy. Shannon has served continuously on the TTPOA Board since 1994. He has held positions as President, Vice President, Secretary, Regional Director and Training Advisory Board Chairman. Shannon is currently serving as the Secretary.
