I've been with the Fort Worth Police Department since 1995.

Served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps in Infantry (0311), Amphibious Reconnaissance (0321) and Scout Sniper (8541)

Spent 18 years as a member of Fort Worth SWAT where he was the Sniper Team Leader responsible for mission planning, sniper deployment, training and all aspects of the program

Responsible for reality-based force on force, active threat/shooter, shield, breaching and 40mm training programs for his department

Aerial Platform Instructor and Tactical Flight Officer (TFO) for his agency.

Sean is a Regional Director/adjutant instructor for Texas Tactical Police Officers Association (TTPOA) along Director of the TTPOA Kelley Pirkle Sniper Competition. Teaching Basic, Intermediate and Advanced sniper courses, Sean maintains instructor certifications in many areas, but highlighted are Police Sniper Instructor, Reality Based Training Instructor, 50 Cal Instructor, Active Shooter Instructor, Patrol Rifle and Pistol Instructor.
