Chancey is a 22 year Sgt. with a large North Texas Police Department. He has served in many roles within the police department to include Patrol, Zero Tolerance, Training, Weapons Range, UOF Coordinator, Criminal Tracking Unit, SWAT and Air Support.  He holds multiple instructor certifications to include: Handgun, Carbine, Shotgun, Select-Fire, Low Light, Simmunition, Force Science & Safariland LL/DD. Chancey has been training and teaching inside and out of the department since 2006.

Brian is an 18 year veteran and current full time firearms instructor wit a large North Texas Police Department.  He has served in multiple roles to include Patrol, Narcotics and SWAT.  Brian is detail oriented and works extensively with industry leaders to test and evaluate RDS systems to ensure that the best products are being put before LE.  Brian holds multiple instructor certifications to include RDS Handgun, HSI RDS Handgun, ALERRT, Low Light, FLETC, Select Fire Carbine, CQB and Simmunition and teaches inside and out of the department since 2007.
