Andy has been with the Abilene Police Department since 2004. He has been assigned to the SWAT Team for the past 19 years and currently serves on Entry Team as TL. He has served on the TTPOA Board since 2014 as the Region 5 Director, Vendor Coordinator, and is currently the Director of Operations.
