This class is not intended for SWAT Officers, as it is designed primarily for patrol supervisors and officers with no SWAT experience.
The Critical Incident Response for Patrol Supervisors Course is a packed 3-day course designed specifically to sharpen the leadership skills of first line supervisors, or those about to assume leadership roles in the patrol capacity, through the concept of Leading In Fluid Environments (LIFE). This course involves group discussion, critical thinking exercises and is beneficial for building relationships / learning from other supervisors.
