Course Synopsis: This comprehensive 2-day course offers students of all experience levels an opportunity to learn, improve, or sharpen their tradecraft of working undercover operations with regards to the overall operation and planning, the arrest of the suspect, and most importantly the safety of the undercover officer.
Day 1 of the course will cover multiple types of undercover operations, the takedown of the suspect with vetted tactics, and how to maximize efficiency, prosecution, and the safety of all team members. Day 2 will be solely focused on Undercover Officer Rescue.
This course is a mix of classroom and practical application drills and scenarios, with the majority of the class being spent outside.
Instructors: Dark Adaptation Consulting instructors are all active law enforcement officers/detectives in a large municipal department, on high-tempo teams that specialize in undercover operations of every crime type (narcotics, human trafficking, firearms, etc.), or full-time SWAT officers. This allows us to bring you a collective knowledge that spans different styles of operations for an all-encompassing course.
