Course Summary

The Tactical Team Leader Course is a 5-day course designed specifically to sharpen the leadership skills of assistant team leaders, team leaders, team commanders, and those who are in a leadership role or being groomed for leadership positions on the team.  This course involves group discussion and is beneficial for building relationships with other team leaders.  It also gives a behind the scenes look at how other teams are trainnig, operating, and solving their own problems.
