During this 4-day course, instructors will learn the mechanics of injured shooter applications, injured shooter principles, human behavior and incorporating the material into their in-service training or programs. Instructors will be introduced to live fire instruction, medical workshops, low light injured shooter applications, force on force and will be expected to conduct teach backs over the course of the program.
Students will leave with a full instructor packet to include extensive lesson plans, a power point, video diagnostics, diagrams, and relevant studies. This course will have long days and nights (depending on range logistics).
Upon satisfactory completion of this 32-hour course students will be awarded a Injured Shooter Instructor Certification. Days will be long come physically and mentally prepared.
