This 2-day course will focus heavily on the broad topics of Leadership and Team Building aspects from a Tactical Team Leader’s view. A wide range of topics will be covered from operational aspects of leadership to tactical employment strategies for a team leader along with the administrative challenges leaders face in a variety of leadership position. Participants will also share a leadership challenge they’ve had throughout their career in a group setting to gain inside perspective of similar challenges other leaders may have experienced. A wide range of team leader level CQB techniques will be taught to ensure that participants are prepared for a wide range of CQB operational challenges. Participants will also understand the “Hybrid” clearance concept in certain situations were deliberate and dynamic CQB tactics are morphed together to provide the officer the best chance for success in a chaotic high-risk scenario. CQB clearance methodology with each type of tactic will be explained so participants have a high level of understanding of how each tactic is implemented. CQB instructional training points will also be covered ensuring each participant has enhanced knowledge to take back to their respective departments and agencies. This course is designed as a 2-day classroom and practical exercises course curriculum with the first day being in the classroom portion and second day being dedicated to practical CQB Tactics from a leadership point of view. This course is tailored for law enforcement members that are currently in all types of leadership positions and those inspiring to take on various leadership positions within law enforcement.

Instructor Bio
Trey Lindsey is the founder and CEO of Gallowglass Guardian Group; a tactical, security, and defense consulting company based out of Dallas, Texas. Trey served in the United States Navy for over 20 years, 18 of which were spent as a Navy SEAL including 13 years as a member of the Navy’s Tier 1 Special Mission Unit, SEAL Team 6. Throughout his time at Team 6, Trey held a variety of senior enlisted leadership positions. He also served as a Naval Security Forces Police Officer with a specialty is physical security and anti-terrorism. A seasoned combat veteran, Trey participated in more than a dozen operational deployments oversees during his career. Leveraging his extensive military experience, he has dedicated his post-military career through his company Gallowglass Guardian Group, to enhancing training proficiencies for law enforcement, military and civilians through security and defense consulting, tactical training courses, leadership and team building as well as communications and public speaking. He holds a bachelor’s degree from American Military University in Entrepreneurship. Trey holds a license through the
Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE PID 534875) and is commissioned through Allen Texas PD. He also holds a commission through Louisiana POST in Richland Parish Louisiana and is an adjunct instructor for the National Tactical Officers Association. Trey is also the Co-founder and CEO of TSG Blades, a knife
design company special in tactical knives geared toward the end user for a wide
range of tactical and operational priorities.
